私隱政策（Privacy Policy）

本《私隱政策》說明 KeepSight（「我們」）如何收集、使用、披露及保護你在使用本服務時提供的資料。

1. 我們收集的資料

  • 帳號資料：電郵、密碼（以安全方式處理）、顯示名稱、登入紀錄等。
  • 門店營運資料：店舖名稱、主營業態、設定、員工與權限關係等。
  • 客人資料（由門店輸入）：例如姓名/稱呼、電話、WhatsApp、到訪/消費/套票等營運紀錄（用於留客分析）。
  • 技術資料：裝置資訊、IP、Cookie/Session（用於安全與維持登入狀態）。

2. 使用目的

  • 提供、維持及改進本服務（包括風險計算、報表、AI 建議與話術生成）。
  • 安全性：身份驗證、存取控制、偵測異常行為。
  • 客戶支援：回覆查詢與處理問題。
  • 法規或合約要求下的合規用途。

3. 資料分享與第三方

我們可能使用第三方服務供應商（分包商/處理者）以提供本服務，例如雲端資料庫與身份驗證（Supabase）、 以及 AI 服務供應商（用於生成建議/話術）。我們會在合理範圍內要求供應商採取適當安全措施，並僅按提供服務所需處理資料。

4. 跨境處理

由於我們使用的基礎設施可能位於香港以外地區（例如 Supabase 專案區域可能在新加坡），你的資料可能會在香港以外地區儲存或處理。

5. 保留期

我們只會在達成上述目的所需的期間內保留資料，或按法律/合約要求保留。若你要求停用服務或刪除資料，我們會按合理方式處理。

6. 安全措施

我們採用存取控制、加密傳輸、租戶資料隔離（RLS）等措施保護資料安全。但互聯網傳輸並非絕對安全，我們無法保證完全無風險。

This Privacy Policy explains how KeepSight (“we”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email, password (handled securely), display name, sign-in records, etc.
  • Business data: shop info, business segment, settings, staff and role mappings.
  • Customer data (provided by the business): such as names, phone/WhatsApp, visits/spend/packages and other operational records used for retention analytics.
  • Technical data: device info, IP address, cookies/sessions for security and authentication.

2. Purposes

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including risk scoring, reports, and AI-generated insights/scripts).
  • Security and fraud prevention.
  • Customer support and communications.
  • Compliance with legal or contractual obligations.

3. Sharing and subprocessors

We may use third-party vendors and service providers (subprocessors) to operate the Service, such as Supabase for database/authentication and AI vendors for content generation. We take reasonable measures to require appropriate security and to limit processing to what is necessary to provide the Service.

4. Cross-border processing

Our infrastructure may be located outside Hong Kong (e.g., the Supabase project region may be Singapore). Your data may therefore be stored or processed outside Hong Kong.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law/contract. Requests to disable the Service or delete data will be handled reasonably.

6. Security

We use access control, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation (RLS) to help protect data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
