歡迎使用 KeepSight（「本服務」）。當你註冊、登入或使用本服務，即表示你同意遵守本《服務條款》。 若你不同意，請勿使用本服務。

1. 服務說明

KeepSight 為美業門店提供客戶流失監察、跟進任務管理、AI 建議與相關工具。功能與內容可能會不時更新或調整。

2. 帳號與安全

你需提供真實及最新的註冊資料，並妥善保管帳號及密碼。任何使用你的帳號進行的操作，均視作由你授權。

3. 你提交／上傳的資料（特別是客人個人資料）

若你（作為店主／門店／其授權人員）在本服務中輸入、上傳或處理第三方（例如你的客人）資料，你承諾：

  • 你擁有合法權利及適當授權處理該等資料（包括按需要取得客人同意）。
  • 你只會基於合法及正當的業務目的使用本服務處理該等資料。
  • 你不會上傳任何違法、侵權或不當的內容。

4. 禁止行為

  • 非法使用本服務、干擾或破壞系統運作。
  • 未經授權存取、掃描、測試或繞過安全或存取控制。
  • 上傳惡意程式、垃圾內容或任何可能損害他人的內容。

5. 訂閱、到期與手動開通

本服務可能採用訂閱方式提供。現階段由平台管理員按協議/付款狀況手動開通或更新訂閱方案及到期日。 若訂閱到期，你可能無法繼續存取本服務的全部或部分功能。

6. 服務變更與終止

我們可因營運或安全需要，調整或停止提供本服務的全部或部分功能。若你違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止你的帳號存取。

7. 免責聲明

本服務按「現況」提供。AI 建議僅供參考，不構成專業意見或保證。你需自行判斷並承擔使用本服務的風險。

8. 責任限制

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對任何間接、附帶、特殊、懲罰性或後果性損害負責。

Welcome to KeepSight (the “Service”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service overview

KeepSight provides customer retention monitoring, follow-up task management, AI-generated insights, and related tools for beauty businesses. Features may be updated from time to time.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Your content and customer personal data

If you input, upload, or otherwise process third-party data (including your customers’ personal data) through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the lawful rights and necessary permissions/consents to process such data.
  • You will use the Service only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
  • You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content.

4. Prohibited activities

  • Illegal use of the Service or interference with its operation.
  • Unauthorized access, security testing, or attempts to bypass access controls.
  • Uploading malware, spam, or content that may harm others.

5. Subscription, expiry, and manual activation

The Service may be provided on a subscription basis. At this stage, subscription plans and expiry dates are activated/updated manually by platform administrators based on commercial arrangements and payment status. If a subscription expires, access to the Service may be limited.

6. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service for operational or security reasons. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
